Budget spray paint tutorial: Taped off with painter’s tape. Sprayed blue until opaque. Taped down a shower mat ($2.50 at Walmart). Sprayed lightly with metallic silver. Peeled tape. Sprayed clear coat. Put pad on top of paint. READY TO RIP and get the SHOT!
