LOOSE CANNON

Shorter - Wider - Flatter - is all the rage for everyday conditions. With the demand growing greater and greater for "step down" or grovel boards, we have answered with the Loose Cannon for 2010!

This is a board that the BoehneBros have been tweaking, refining, and perfecting for close to a year now... This board is flatter, stumpy, and made with a blunt square tail. We've added some xtra's under the hood too! This board has a shallow single concave merging into a perfectly placed WIDE channel that aids in water exhaust and forms a VEE bottom under the back foot for excelleration through out turns and blowing tail like a firehose on the loose!

This board goes hecka fast, turns in tight pockets, and has that light-loose-lively feel when planning. We've been making a bunch of these boards in EPS (epoxy) foam to get them really light and add a touch of buoyancy. We also recommend ordering the Loose Cannon with glass on fins but of course like all of our boards available standard with FCS, Futures, or LokBox options.

Recomended:

ride 4-6" shorter /  1 - 1 1/8'' wider /  and 1/8" thicker than your standard shortboard.
